- Kitty Added October 15, 2022★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆As far as customer service goes you will be fine unless you get the middle aged white lady. She's rude, passive aggressive, unhelpful and seriously terrible energy all round. I drive to upper Ferntree gully now. They are so smiley, friendly and helpful.

- Ben Brockliss Added October 05, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Possibly the worst post office in Australia. I have had staff suggest I have reused stamps, refuse to complete passport documents, refuse to use photos not taken by them, lost packages - the works. Actively unhelpful.
Don't get me wrong the owners are nice but their staff need to go. Check other comments for the culprit, but I think her name is 'Karen'
