  Glenn, Sam and their team are one of the most supportive group of people I have encountered in a long time. They are professional and extremely focused in their endeavours to obtain the most successful outcomes, whilst at the same time continually offering good counsel.
  Our property was presented in a such way so as to emphasize all of the features we loved about our home, resulting in an exceptional result.
  Glenn then, without any obligation or financial benefit to himself or his company assisted us with advice on many occasions, during our search for and subsequent purchase of a new property.

  We would highly recommend Brad Conder as a genuine real estate agent, having now experienced both sides of the process with Brad…. having bought a house through him and now having sold a house through him years later. He is real and authentic and makes the whole process open, honest and accountable. We felt we could put our trust in him. We appreciated his ability to be flexible with us around the timing of finishing our renovations and getting the house on the market and even worked with us around open times. We saw he went above and beyond for both us and the buyers and this was the experience with Brad some years ago as a buyer also. Brad has a great knowledge of the hills area and the buyer audience and that combined with him being just a genuine nice guy means we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and work with him again.   From the word go, and despite a tricky settlement, Suzie was unfailingly patient, diligent and positive. Initially we spoke to a few local agents, with Chandler & Co and Suzie's superiority shining through.
  
  We're confident we got the right price for our property, in a market that was changing daily. Suzie arranged many private appointments and appeared to give each lead her time and trademark positivity.
  
  We would recommend Suzie and Chandler & Co. 100%. When we decide to sell again we'll be straight on the phone with Suzie.
